CARDIO / STRENGTH ~ Continuous Floor Cardio Segment, followed by weight training and mat work SOLID STRENGTH ~ One Hour of Strength with standing, floor and mat work!
CARDIO / COMBO A Cardio / Sculpt class that combines cardio segments and strength training. COMPLETE STRENGTH One Solid hour of Strength, targeting all the major muscle groups, using a variety of equipment, such as dumbells, body bars, and tubing to name a few. Abdominals top it off. Finish with a 15 minute relaxing cool down. All Levels!

PILATES ~ This class focuses on the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates™ principles. Participants of all levels will benefit from core and stability training with enhanced breathing techniques. Variety 75 ~
a 75 minute work out which includes: 40 minutes are Cardio (Floor, Step or Both) and 35 minutes are a Variety (Balls, Tubing, Weights, Body Bar, etc.)
