Class Descriptions

CARDIO INTERVALS & STRENGTH~

A  non stop mix of cardio and strength intervals

for 60 minutes using the step.[optional] Finish with abdominals and cool down stretch.

our Monday morning wake up!!

CARDIO MIXES~

 1 hour of  continuous floor cardio and strength mixes .

  

COMPLETE STRENGTH ~ 

One Solid hour of Strength, targeting all the major muscle groups, using a variety of equipment, such as dumbells, body bars, and  tubing to name a few. Abdominals top it off. Finish with a 15 minute relaxing cool down.  All Levels!

ZUMBA~

This class combines Latin rhythms and creates a cardiovascular workout that us fun and easy to follow.  A great addition to your fitness routine!

All levels!

VINYASA FLOW YOGA~

This class flows from one ashtanga pose to another emphasizing the body and purifying the mind.

PILATES ~

This class focuses on the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates™ principles.  Participants of all levels will benefit from core and stability training with enhanced breathing techniques.

 

 PILATES STRENGTH ~

This class focuses on the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates™ principles.  Participants of all levels will benefit from core and stability training with enhance breathing techniques with the additional use of hand weights.

STEP & STRENGTH ~   

This high energy combo class integrates step with strength training.  An awesome workout with fun music and energetic choregraphy.

  

HALF & HALF ~

Half  Floor Cardio Hi/Low and Half Strength Training

All Levels!!

 

STRENGTH TRAINING ~

All variations of Strength! 

Weights, Tubing, Fitness Balls and More! 

This includes mat floor work.  

 

Box & Tone

This exciting workout combines a moderate to high intensity 30 minute easy-to-follow cardio kickboxing workout with 30 minutes of functional strength.  Enjoy energy building cario kickboxing choreography and muscle strengthening all in one fun class.  Appropriate for all fitness levels, so join us and jump start your MONDAY with a great workout! (Cross-traing athletic shoes encouraged!)

Cardio Kick Box

One hour of cardio kickboxing followed by 15 minutes of toning and cool down. Easy to follow.    Fabulous workout!

One  hour of varied strength moves from beginning to end.
