Class Descriptions

CARDIO INTERVALS & STRENGTH

Rhonda's non stop mix of cardio and strength intervals

for 60 minutes. Finish with abdominals and cool down stretch. Your Monday morning wake up!!

CARDIO / STRENGTH ~

Continuous Floor  Cardio Segment, followed by weight training and mat  work

  

SOLID STRENGTH ~

One Hour of Strength with standing, floor and mat work! 

 

 

CARDIO / COMBO

A Cardio / Sculpt class that combines cardio segments and

strength training.

  

COMPLETE STRENGTH  

One Solid hour of Strength, targeting all the major muscle groups, using a variety of equipment, such as dumbells, body bars, and  tubing to name a few. Abdominals top it off. 

Finish with a 15 minute relaxing cool down.  All Levels!

PILATES ~

This class focuses on the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates™ principles.  Participants of all levels will benefit from core and stability training with enhanced breathing techniques.

 

 

PILATES STRENGTH ~

This class focuses on the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates™ principles.  Participants of all levels will benefit from core and stability training with enhance breathing techniques with the additional use of hand weights.

STEP & STRENGTH ~   

This high energy combo class integrates step with strength training.  An awesome workout with fun music and energetic choregraphy

  

HALF & HALF ~

Half Cardio Hi/Low and Half Strength – All Levels!!

 

STRENGTH TRAINING ~

All variations of strength, includes Weights, Tubing, Fitness Balls and Mat Floor work.

 


Variety 75 ~   

a 75 minute work out which includes: 40 minutes are Cardio (Floor, Step or Both) and 35 minutes are a Variety (Balls, Tubing, Weights, Body Bar, etc.)

 

 

ZUMBA ~

Zumba combines Latin rhythms and creates  a cardiovascular workout that is fun and easy to follow.

A fun addition to your workout routine.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA ~

Vinyasa means breath connected movement.  This yoga class flows from one ashtanga pose to another, emphasizing the body and purifying the mind.
